User Conduct

I. Postings and general use: You are held responsible for your use of mspmag.com, as well as your conduct while on the site. You agree not to use any language that is obscene, indecent or offensive in any postings, blog comments, or discussions. You also agree not to place on the site any material that is false, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or that which constitutes harassment. These same rules apply to any photographs you post on the site. You understand that if you post text or photos in breach of the aforementioned guidelines, you and the materials posted will be subject to actions outlined in "Response to Violators of Terms" section.

II. Legal violations: Users are also prohibited from placing on mspmag.com any material that is encrypted, constitutes junk mail or unauthorized advertising, invades another's privacy, encourages actions that would be considered a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or that otherwise violates any local, state, national or international law or regulation. Terms Violators

I. Access termination: mspmag.com may, at its discretion and without providing notice to users, terminate the access of visitors, subscribers, and registered users who violate the conditions stated in this Terms of Service Statement through irresponsible user conduct, such as: posting content and photos that defy the rules on that matter, as described in part I of the "User Conduct" section; participating in activities while on the site that can be defined as "legal violations," outlined in part II of the "User Conduct" section; interfering with mspmag.com’s web server; and committing copyright violations.

II. Removal of submitted material: mspmag.com reserves the right to review, edit, move, or delete any material posted by users in the Discussion Areas or elsewhere on the site, in its sole discretion and without notice to the submitter, that violates the rules laid out previously in this document regarding user-submitted material, including, but not limited to, using language that is: obscene, offensive, threatening, abusive, harassing; that incites criminal activity; that consists of unauthorized advertising; and that results in copyright infringement. mspmag.com is also permitted, but not required to, restrict or remove submitted photos of a similar inappropriate nature as the language described above.

III. Criminal liability:Site use that is unlawful may subject you to civil and criminal liability.

Posted Material
